HOTEL POLICIES

  1. We do not allow bringing in food or drinks from outside of the hotel into the premises.
  2. Cash Payments are strictly disallowed at any sales point in the Hotel, all Transfers
    must be made to Ravella accounts, not individual accounts
    Payment: Transfer or card.
  3. Reservation cannot be cancelled or re-scheduled on day of arrival (No Refund of
    Payments).

    Cancellation 2 days (48hrs) before arrival is free, but 100% will be charged if guests
    cancel less than 2 days before arrival, No-show will be charge 100% for the first
    night.
  4. Visitor check-in: All expected guests/visitors of the in-house guests must report to the
    reception for clearance before proceeding to the room.
  5. Full payment validates reservation.
  6. NO pet is allowed in the hotel premises.
  7. NO SMOKING in Rooms.
  8. A designated outdoor smoking area is available for cigarettes only.
  9. NO SMOKING OF INDIAN HEMP or any Hard drugs in rooms or premises.
  10. Maximum occupancy
    Studio, Standard, Deluxe & Executive room is 2 guests per room.
    NOTE: Family, Diplomatic & Signature room is 3 guests per room.
    Children below the age 13 years can stay free.
  11. Car service : Please let us know in advance if you like us to arrange a pick up.
  12. CHECK-IN: 1:00 PM, CHECK-OUT: 11:59 AM.
